Call for Volunteers
The Board of Directors of Lake Livingston Village Improvement Association, Inc., is seeking volunteers for the Association's Architectural Control Committee ("ACC"). The ACC serves a very important role in our community. The ACC is responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting applications for improvements in the community.
Volunteers need to be familiar with the Association's deed restrictions and other rules. They must have an email address and access to a computer, tablet, or phone on which to review applications. The time commitment varies based on the number of applications submitted in any given month but volunteers should expect to dedicate approximately two to three hours per month on ACC activities.
The Board encourages all Members to consider committee membership, meet other Members, and contribute to the betterment of our shared community.
If you are interested in volunteering for the ACC, please email manager@lakelivingstonvillage.org with your name, LLV Section/Lot, your mailing address, and a statement expressing your interest in the ACC. Submissions are due on or before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 20216. The Board will vote to add new members to the ACC at an upcoming meeting.

TRASH
IMPORTANT: All residents in Lake Livingston Village must arrange for residential trash service through Live Oak Environmental d/b/a Piney Woods Sanitation or dispose of all trash at a local waste facility. Neither the County nor the homeowners association provides trash service and no common trash receptacles are located in the community. Trash may not be disposed of in the community; violators will be subject to enforcement actions.
