PayHOA.com is the Association's members-only portal.  It provides members with direct access to their Association account, meeting minutes, financial documents, and other members-only information about Association activities.  It is also where members can submit payments, ACC applications, register their email address, and communicate with and receive communications from the Association.  

Homeowners associations in Texas are permitted to communicate with members exclusively by email so all owners are encouraged to set up their PayHOA account as soon as they close on their Lake Livingston Village Property to ensure they receive Association communications
